University of Guelph Gold Arena (4:30-5:20 pm)
Group 1: Tuesday ------ Ages 6 – 8/9 & Newer Players (Basic Skating Required) . (Jan 21-Apr 15)
Group 2: Wednesday -- Ages 9 – 12/13 & Older Newer Players (Basic Skating) ... (Jan 22-Apr 16)
Group 3: Friday -----.---Ages 12/13 & Older … Plus (Younger Rep Players) …..….. (Jan 24-Apr 17) *NOTE: NO Sessions Mar 11,12 & 14 (March Break).
*NOTE: NO Session April 18 (Good Friday) **Thur April 17 @ (5:30)    
*NOTE: Younger Ages on Request & Age to Session Day is Flexible, Please Contact

* POWER SKATING (Hockey), EDGE CONTROL, STRIDE DEVELOPMENT (Forward/Backward)
   1st 2nd 3rd STEP SPEED, TRANSITIONS (Forward/Backwards/Forward).   
* PROGRESSIVE PROGRAM (NEW SKILL ADDED EACH WEEK).  
* STOPS, TURNS, FLEXIBILITY & AGILITY
* PUCK CONTROL, STICK HANDLING, DEKING, PASSING, SHOOTING 
* MUSCLE MEMORY DRILLS.
* SPRING TRYOUT PREPARATION, SMALL AREA GAMES & MORE ….

* ADVANCED POWER SKATING & SKILLS
* FASTER PACED/ MORE INTENSE SESSIONS
* FORWARD / DEFENSIVE PLAY
